For the City of Temecula, we served as general contractor on the comprehensive renovation of the Mary Phillips Senior Center, completed March through October 2023. This $1.5M project renewed the building facade, replaced the roof, upgraded interior lighting, improved the library, added a new outdoor shuffleboard court, and delivered ADA path-of-travel upgrades throughout. With the job site more than an hour from our home base, we housed our crew locally for the duration — returning the center to Temecula's seniors in under eight months.
