• COMFORT STATION: Demolish existing comfort station, slab, sidewalk, and utilities; haul and dispose of spoils • COMFORT STATION: Install a new 725 SF prefabricated comfort station building • COMFORT STATION: Accessible path-of-travel improvements; new ADA picnic table, trash can, and barbecue; relocate existing fire pit • COMFORT STATION: Site utilities — new water and sewer piping, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, storm/utility work • COMFORT STATION: Concrete flatwork, masonry, earthwork/grading, landscape and irrigation with 90-day maintenance warranty; temporary ADA restrooms maintained until the new station was operational • PARKING LOT: Repair and resurface approximately 30,000 SF parking lot with white seal coat • PARKING LOT: New parking-lot lighting (light poles), storm drain improvements, ADA accessible parking stalls and striping
