• Roof & HVAC replacement at the Scripps Miramar Ranch Library • Remove existing tile roof to be salvaged and reinstalled; remove existing built-up roofing and install new TPO roof system • Remove and like-for-like replace the HVAC system with a more modern system • Replace exterior deteriorated HVAC ductwork at roofs • New ductless split system in the computer room and IT server room; new exhaust system • New electrical supply in electrical rooms; interior dust protection during work
