• Install a new prefabricated (permanently relocatable modular) comfort/restroom building, turnkey, on a GC-prepared pad • Accessible path-of-travel improvements connecting the comfort station • GC site work — survey and building-location staking, finished-slab elevation survey, construction and compaction of building pads • Provide large-crane and tractor-trailer site access for delivery • Bring water, sewer, and power to a point of connection within 6 ft of the building; install sidewalks outside the building footprint
