• Roof replacement on the Terminal Building • Remove ~14,000 SF of existing asphalt-shingle roofing and underlayment; install new TPO membrane roofing (~14,000 SF) with no-exclusions warranty • Inspect and repair wood roof sheathing/framing — remove ~6,000 SF deteriorated plywood and install ~6,000 SF new • Remove ~900 ft existing sheet-metal flashing and install new; new equipment curbs and flashing at rooftop equipment • Storm-drainage roof drains; remove one existing antenna • Complete demolition of an existing ~320 SF storage shed • Safe asbestos removal and disposal from the roof system
