• ONE project, two parts under one contract • PARKING LOT (B19156): Repair and resurface the North and East parking lots and connecting roadways • PARKING LOT: Accessible parking — North Lot 49 stalls (2 accessible), East Lot 88 stalls (4 accessible), with empty conduit for future EV charging stations • PARKING LOT: Connect sidewalks, curb ramps, drainage, irrigation, and storm-water BMPs • COMFORT STATION (B19179): Remove existing comfort station and install a new prefabricated comfort station building (Type V-B) • COMFORT STATION: Improvements to the accessible path of travel connecting the comfort station, accessible parking, and EV charging stations
