The Tuberose Street ADU project involved the full construction of a one-bedroom, one-bathroom accessory dwelling unit (ADU), with work starting on July 20, 2023 and finishing early on October 30, 2023. The scope of the project included all major phases such as framing, electrical, plumbing, appliance installation, and landscaping. Every element was executed to create a modern, fully functional living space within the contractual timeline.
