If you arrive late, your scheduled cruise time cannot be extended. We recommend arriving early so you can enjoy the full experience on Okanagan Lake.

Every cruise includes a licensed captain, fuel, life jackets, bottled water, and ice. We also offer dock pick-up at a designated location and optional add-ons to elevate your experience.

We arrange pick-up at a convenient dock near your accommodations in Kelowna or Lake Country. Specific details are confirmed after booking.

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is typically paid on the day of your cruise. For larger groups or peak dates, full or partial prepayment may be required.

Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe, we may reschedule your cruise or issue a raincheck.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring food and drinks. We simply ask that items that may stain upholstery be avoided.

Our luxury tritoon is most comfortable for up to 8 guests. While we are licensed to carry up to 12 passengers, larger groups may feel more compact and are best suited for shorter cruises or families with children.
