• Comprehensive roof renovation of the Metro Biosolids Center (MBC) Operations Building — a critical City wastewater-treatment facility • Replace the existing ~30,000 SF TPO roof with a fully-adhered system carrying a 20-year NDL warranty • Replace approximately 70 standard skylights plus one large custom skylight • Selective demolition around skylights and parapet walls • Remove and reinstall a portion of the AC ducts after roofing; remove lighting wire as needed • Asbestos abatement — remove and dispose of asbestos-containing roof materials
