The La Jolla Marine Apartments project, which began on January 28, 2019, and was completed on April 26, 2019, involved the renovation of three buildings containing eight residential units and eight storage units. The site design included detailed drainage plans to eliminate water ponding, as well as elevations, sections, and construction details to guide the process. Additional improvements included enhanced lighting and signage. The project also involved removing and replacing circuit breakers, renovating drywall, and addressing openings in attic separation walls to ensure proper safety and structural integrity.
