The 44th Street Apartments project, a two-story building with eight units, was successfully completed. The renovation included converting four two-bedroom units into accessible units, adding landscaping, and providing an accessible path of travel throughout all public areas of the complex. Both exterior and interior renovations were completed, with redesigned kitchens featuring new fixtures, appliances, and cabinets.
