The Park Crest Apartments project, which began on December 14, 2015, and was completed on December 18, 2016, involved several upgrades. These included the construction of an accessible path of travel with new sidewalks, replacing PVC water lines with copper piping, and repairing and plastering around windows. The project also included removing popcorn ceilings and installing new drywall in all units. Additionally, new kitchen and bathroom cabinetry were installed, and the interiors were freshly painted.
