For Housing Development Partners — the San Diego Housing Commission's nonprofit affiliate — we served as general contractor for the comprehensive rehabilitation of Mariners Village, a 172-unit affordable family community in San Diego's Skyline–Paradise Hills neighborhood. Working across 12 occupied residential buildings, we delivered building-system upgrades, new windows, kitchen cabinets and countertops, flooring, bath fixtures, balcony and patio improvements, and full exterior painting. This $14M+ tenant-in-place rehabilitation, completed in 2021, preserved long-term affordable housing for working families.
