1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this site, submitting your resume, or engaging HireAIExpert for a search, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Site Use

This site and its content are provided for the purpose of connecting employers with AI and technical talent, and helping candidates find relevant opportunities. You agree not to misuse the site, including scraping content, submitting false information, or attempting to interfere with normal operation of the site.

All content on this site, including text, design, and branding, is the property of HireAIExpert unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

3. Employer Engagement Terms

  • Fee structure and payment terms are confirmed with each employer client before search work begins, based on the engagement model: retained, contingency, or contract staffing, as described on our Services page.
  • A replacement guarantee window applies to permanent placements; specific terms are confirmed with your recruiter for your engagement.
  • Compensation benchmarking and candidate screening are included as standard with every search we run.
  • Either party may end an engagement in progress; fees already earned for completed work remain payable.

4. Candidate Terms

Submitting your resume or applying to a role through this site does not guarantee an interview, a referral, or a job offer. Our services to candidates are provided at no cost, funded by the employers who engage us, as described on our For Candidates page. Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, including our commitment not to share your resume with a specific employer without your permission first.

5. Confidentiality

We handle candidate and client information with discretion. Employer clients engaging us for a confidential search, and candidates who are currently employed, can expect us to work quietly and not disclose information beyond what is necessary to run the search, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We work hard to run a rigorous, disciplined search process, but we cannot guarantee a specific hiring outcome, a specific timeline, or that any candidate we present will accept an offer or perform in a role as expected. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis, and outcomes depend on factors outside our direct control, including market conditions and decisions made by employers and candidates.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireAIExpert is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services, including hiring decisions made based on candidates we present or roles a candidate applies to through this site.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of our site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
